I have never made an appointment with Service at Bob Jass Chevrolet and been disappointed. Today was no different. Aaron, the scheduler got me in quickly and gave me accurate information when I was scheduling. Bob, who welcomed me when I arrived, articulately described what needed to be done, what the cost would be, and what the timeline was. Everyone always greets me warmly, treats me well and makes me feel that I'm a valued customer. Customer service like this rarely exists anywhere anymore. Jass Chevrolet stands out as something special.

Even though I arrived early, I was helped immediately. I handed Erin my coupons (all of them) and she took the ones that could be applied to my service. I sat in the waiting lounge, reading, and decided to sit outside. Soon after, Erin found me and said I was ready to checkout. She walked with me to the cashiers. I had a question about my points so I went back to see Erin. She took care of that for me and I saved $11.00. I returned to the cashier to pay the bill and it was so easy. I never feel I am "going for service", it's more like going to see family. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their job. It's always a trip I look forward to. My car was waiting out front, the seat was not moved (I appreciate that, I'm short. I also have problems walking so it's nice to get back in the car knowing it's just as I left it.) Thank you to everyone at Bob Jass - you are the best and only dealership I will deal with. They are more than #1 in my opinion.

Went in for an oil change and asked if they could install the air filter that I had purchased but wasn't able to install. Erin said yes but it turned out to be the incorrect filter. I told them to go ahead and put in a new filter and she showed me the cabin air filter that was really in bad shape so they installed that for me. Cost a little more but I was glad to have it taken care of. Very satisfied with their operation and work ethic...

Had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. The service representative who is new I think told me I didn’t need tires rotated, took the coupon and I still got almost the same amount. Was not happy about this. If the regular service people had been able this would not have happened.

Jose has gone above and beyond to help me with my car two different times when I came in. I had bumped into another car and had red paint on my right front bumper so he used black spray paint on my bumper so the red would not show. The second time I had bumped into my garage so he used black spray paint to get rid of the white scuff marks. I asked him for help in this area with my car, and he helped me, even though this was not required of him. I hope he gets much credit for his excellent customer service.

I checked my Chevy Equinox in for a tailgate sealcoating and an oil change at noon. Two hours later, the services were all done. When I picked it up, I just remembered that I needed a new front wiper. I was asked to drive through the service garage and they replaced it fast. What a customer service!!! I want to especially thank Steve Dobbs for lending me his car for no charge to do my daily commutes. You officially "Jassified" me and my son.

I was concerned about a slight noise I was hearing on a quiet road. I thought it might be the front right wheel bearing. The technician checked it out as part of the normal service. There was no problem. At Bob Jass, you do not have to worry about not needed work being added to your job. They are Chevrolet experts and the best place to get your car serviced. My car has over 150,000 miles on it and is still running like new. They are a big part of why that is.

90K vehicle with failure engine my wife is keep sending home with same results its her fault the engine is failed 😂😂 We get recall for that problem but its not a manufactory defect thats my wife 😂😂 Come on guys there is a recall for 700K engines like this stop playing games

We love the personal service at Bob Jass! We have purchased 8 vehicles there over the years and have been happy with each one of them. We recently decided to go back to being a two-car family, and when I saw a Marina Blue Chevy Trax at another dealership, I called Steve Dobbs right away. He was able to find the exact car I wanted within a couple of days and we couldn't be happier! We also appreciate the quick availability in the service department. I don't know when we'll be buying another car, but you can be sure we'll be returning to Bob Jass!

The charging cable on my Chevy Bolt started to act up. We brought it in for warranty work. Chevy denied the warranty claim. When I contacted Chevy, I was told to either buy a a new charging cable, buy a fan and place it on the cable or else take it to another dealer. When I contacted Erin and Dan, they went above and beyond to fight for our claim. The outcome of Chevy finally honoring the warranty and providing us with a replacement charging cable was greatly appreciated.

I brought my 2017 Colorado with 103000 miles to have some preventative maintenance done. Erin checked me in and started the process. Everything went smooth. Picked it up the next day.

As always, everything about the service experience at Bob Jess is perfect. I was warmly greeted by Erin. I had a comfortable well lit clean, waiting room to work in while my car was being repaired. I was given consistent updates during the repair and while future maintenance was recommended, it was in no way high-pressure. Service was efficient. Bob Jass never disappoints.

We have worked with the team at Bob Jass for years. The General manager, sales team, business office, and service department are all top notch.

I had Safelite come to the dealer to replace my windshield. When I came to pick up the car, the check engine light was on. It was right at the dealership close time. I asked Ryan (dealer manager) if he had an ODB reader. He dropped everything, went to the service area, and grabbed the reader. He took the time to connect it and provided me a printed readout. Nothing was wrong and he gave me assurance the code should clear after we drive. Sure enough, it did. This is the type of customer service that separates this dealer from others. Thank you Ryan.
