Our sales person Steve, carefully explained all of our vehicle options after our test drive. We decided we wanted an Equinox in Red with Chevrolet's new My-Link voice activated connectivity to our smartphones. My link is a new feature just recently available on the 2012 Equinox's. Due to limited vehicle availability in this "option" choice, our salesman Steve had to work hard to locate an Equinox meeting our requirements and at the right price.

The vehicle we were looking for was in another state and THEY WENT AND GOT IT FOR US and we still got a great discount on the sales price of the vehicle.

On delivery day, the entire transaction and final paperwork took about 15 minutes to complete and the numbers were exactly as we agreed to a week earlier. No games were played in the finance office. Just straight-up, truthful discussion and a quick number of signatures were needed.

While I attended to the finance paperwork, our salesman Steve reviewed the features of the car with my wife as she will be the primary driver. He set up all the radio functions, connected her smartphone, and demonstrated all the new features in great detail. My wife was impressed with the very complete run through of the functions of the vehicle. In fact, the car demo took longer than the time in the finance office. When is the last time you can remember that happening?
