New for 2012
For 2012, the Chevy Silverado Hybrid for Elgin drivers gets a revised design, but it will again be available for Elburn buyers in a single body style — a four-door crew cab with a short bed — and two available trim versions: the 1HY and the top-of-the-line 2HY. It is also available with a choice of either two- or four-wheel drive. This year the 2012 Silverado Hybrid gets a new, more appealing chrome mesh grille and a new navigation-capable radio with an updated screen and integrated hard drive. In all, the pickup doesn’t look much different from its gas-powered brethren aside from the hybrid badges on the tailgate and front fenders.
